COMMUNITY GOALS
![]()
We are hungry, yes hungry, to reach out to the whole community in positive ways. When was this interest born? It has always been there, our inner desire to make our home a better place for all. And through the years we've contributed our time and effort in supporting worthy causes which have fulfilled this craving. So here are just a few ways we've tried to make our community a better place...
- Raising in 2004, $25,000 within 3 hours, for Marcelino Pan y Vino (Mapavi), a charitable organization which helps immigrants integrate within the community upon their arrival to the Washington DC’s Metropolitan area
- Fundraising activities for an individual in need of an urgent kidney transplant
- Participating in Prince William Clean Community Council's
"Clean Up Scheme," collecting trash and cigarette butts in
an effort to keep the environment tidy
But this is just the beginning. Coming very soon, find out further information on our joint community initiative with George Mason University, a program aimed at helping minority organizations succeed in business.
